T-Bone Dinner Reservations
Since 1958 Imperial Valley Council has been serving up a T-bone dinner at every council meeting. Let us put a T-Bone on the BBQ for you!
Because our T-bone steaks are hand-cut to order we require advance dinner reservations.
Our Square pay site will close at noon the day prior to the dinner or sooner if sold out.
Reservations for March 3, 2026 dinner/meeting will open soon.
We appreciate your understanding, and look forward to serving you.
